This annual event allows us to recognize and honor the top 32 young advertising, marketing & creative professionals in the SoCal region. Young professionals are vital to the advancement of the advertising and marketing space, and at Ad 2 SoCal we feel it is important to highlight and acknowledge those who have made an impact on their schools, companies, and communities at large!

RULES

To be eligible...

  1. Nominee must be 32 years old or younger as of April 2026.
  2. Nominee must live or work in Southern California* 
  3. Nominee must work in or contribute to the advertising, marketing, media, design, or communications industries — including agency, brand, freelance, or nonprofit roles.
  4. Nominee must have demonstrated professional excellence, creativity, and leadership within their field.
  5. Ad 2 or AAF membership is not required to be nominated or to win.



*Southern California is defined as anywhere south of & including Santa Barbara County.
